He was found wandering alone by a kind-hearted Good Samaritan who tried to get him into a shelter—but intake was closed. Eventually, when the shelter reopened, Jake got a second chance… but heartbreakingly, he was soon red-listed due to overcrowding.<br/>Just when all hope seemed lost, a foster stepped up, and Jake officially joined our rescue.
