Many of you know the famous Jake from Statefarm, but did you know we have an even cuter Jake here at the shelter? He is 4 years old, neutered, microchipped and vaccinated. He is a smart boy who knows to go to the door and wait for walks and potty, basic commands, as well as “speak” for a treat which he will confidently do and smile right after hoping his performance was acceptable. Once he realizes it’s time to walk he does well, checking in with his person as he goes. He has a silly bunny hop that he performs when he gets excited, and if he does it while on the move he looks like a goofy, tap dancing horse. He is full of puppy enthusiasm, and will need a patient owner to help guide him in the right direction. Jake is a joyful ray of sunshine; he is ready to play and frolic, providing smiles and laughter wherever he goes.
