Jake and Harley's Story

Due to an unexpected death in the family, Jake and Harley, two German Shepherd/Lab mixes, need a new home. Since they are bonded, they should be placed together. They are 4 year-old males who were raised together. They are sweet and loveable and love rope toys and milk bones. They had a lone, elder, human and have not been exposed to other dogs, cats, or children. They are house trained and follow basic commands. GSDRGA wants every German Shepherd Dog we rescue to become a beloved member of their adopted family, living happy and healthy for the remainder of their lifetime. Therefore, we have established these adoption policies to assure that you and your new German Shepherd Dog will enjoy a wonderful friendship for many years to come. Anyone requesting to adopt a dog must complete an adoption application prior to consideration and agree to a binding adoption agreement at the time of adoption. GSDRGA limits adoption to applicants in metro Atlanta and the surrounding area. We do not adopt out of state. If you are interested in adopting a dog, you must travel to Atlanta to meet the dog prior to adoption. All adoption applicants are evaluated.
