<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Cambria;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>My name is Jake and I am a 4 year old Chocolate Lab. I get along with kids and other dogs. There is a guinea pig living here and I would love to get my teeth on him. I was recently all stressed out after being dropped off at a shelter. Thankfully a foster family took me in. Everyone is so impressed with me. I am pretty mellow for a 4 year old. I am also very independent. I don&rsquo;t need much attention. I do like sleeping on the furniture though. My family got me a bed, but when they are not looking, I usually get up on the couch. I am pretty quiet all day and can be trusted to watch the house if you are out. In the evening I like to get out my toys and love it when someone plays with me. I am also pretty trustworthy around food. My family had a party with 40 people and lots of food and I did not touch anything. I did clean up the floor if anyone dared to drop anything though. I am a little picky about my water bowl. I like fresh cold water. You will know that my water is not fresh enough when you catch me drinking out of the toilet.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp; </span>My family also laughs because when they open the door I won&rsquo;t go out unless I have to go to the bathroom. Especially when it is cold or raining. When I do go out, I will bark at the door when I am ready to come back in. I will stay out if you want to play ball though. I like to play fetch and will bring the ball right back to you.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp; </span>The one thing that scares me is the vacuum. I usually just run and hide until you are done. Now that my foster family can tell you all about me, I am ready to find my furever home.
