The world feels big, and he’s still building his confidence. But underneath that shy exterior is a sweet, loyal companion just waiting to blossom. Once he feels safe, he leans in for quiet affection, follows his people from room to room, and gives the softest little tail wags when you tell him he’s a good boy. He’s especially fond of cozy blankets, gentle ear scratches, and carrying around a toy that’s almost as big as he is. <br/><br/>Jager would thrive with a patient, understanding family who will help him continue to grow at his own pace. Positive reinforcement training, structure, and consistency will help him feel secure and confident. Puppy classes would be a wonderful way for him to bond with his people and continue building social skills. <br/><br/>It’s important to remember that German Shepherds are an incredible but demanding breed.
