She is an owner release and is now looking for the loving, patient family she truly deserves.<br/>Jade is a very sweet girl with a gentle soul. She does well with kids, dogs, and cats for the most part, and she is both house-trained and crate-trained--such a smart pup! Despite her sweetness, Jade is understandably scared right now and just needs time, love, and reassurance to help her feel safe again.<br/>By the look of her eye, we believe Jade may have been attacked by a kennel mate in the past. Her eye is currently being treated, and while it will still require continued care after adoption, she is on the road to healing. Through it all, Jade remains loving and kind.<br/>Jade would thrive in a calm, caring home with a good family willing to give her the time and patience she needs to adjust and build confidence. The shelter is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10:30-4 and is closed daily for lunch from 12:30-1. Adoptions are done on a first come first serve basis for owner releases.
