Meet our special little girl Jackie! Jackie came to us after being caught in a trap. She clearly did not have the best start in life. Jackie is a shy girl who loves her person and all other dogs. She is a hesitant with new people but with time (and treats!) she comes out of her shell.

Jackie would do best in a quiet home without many people coming and going. She would do best in a home with other dogs as this is how she learns to trust her people.

Jackie is crate trained and house broken. She is up to date on vaccines, spayed, heartworm negative, on monthly heartworm medication, and microchipped.

Jackie is about a year old.

Jackie is considered special needs due to her fear / shyness. Given this, we will only place Jackie in a home with another confident dog or a home without another dog but an adopter who has extensive time to spend with her and continue to help her develop and gain confidence. Jackie would not do well in a busy home or a home with younger children.
