JACK's Story

Jack is a 5 mo old male border collie/shepherd ? mix. His weight is currently around 35#, soft silky coat, up to date on vaccines and will be available for adoption after his neuter in a couple of weeks; Jack will probably be a medium sized dog 50-60# when fully grown.
Jack has been a model foster pup, listens well, aims to please, quick learner, leash walking is coming along, crate trained, housebroken. Jack loves other dogs and adores his people, aims to please.
Email sunburstfoundation@gmail.com for more info on JACK.
We do have an application process, home visit and do require that the yard be fenced.

7.19.25 JACK had a wonderful time at Christmas in July fundraiser. JACK received many compliments on his mature, quiet, calm, loving persona.
7.26.25 JACK is coming up on 6 months of age and is growing like a week and filling out quite a bit. He is developing a shepherd type body with some border collie thrown in there. He is scheduled for neuter coming up. JACK would do best with an active family with a compatible canine companion for him to be "Best Buds" with. JACK has a fairly calm, quiet demeanor and will excel in training and activities such as agility.

8.1.25 JACK had his neuter procedure and is ready for his "FUR-EVER" family. Since JACK appears to have some border collie/shepherd, the best fit for him would be a family that can keep him engaged and active. He does well with other dogs and needs a compatible canine companion and secure fenced yard where he can run and play with supervision.

If you are interested ln JACK please send email with detailed information about yourself and what type of dog you are looking for:
sunburstfoundation@gmail.com
