Jack's Story

NOTE: Jack is being cared for in a private home training facility. I’m learning my basics, how to play, learning to trust humans. I'm looking for a human(s) that will continue my training with my current foster/training mom. I come with 12 months of free training! YEAH!

I missed out on most of my critical socialization during puppy development so I’m shy but I will warm up with patience and gentle care. I love snuggling in bed at night and in the morning. I scare easily, especially with loud noises and sometimes quick movements from strangers but I recover quickly and I know my fear will fade with proper training and socialization. I’m not picky with food, ANY FOOD helps me suppress my fear.

I am a super sweet boy although I might bark on occasion. (I'm not sure about my job yet). I will hike with you all day and night but I'm a little nervous in the car. And although I enjoy playing with other dogs, I have met a few dogs I didn't like too much. I am house trained, crate trained, and am sharpening my basic obedience skills every day. And lastly, I do have an intense prey drive that sneaks out every once in a while. PLEASE COME AND MEET ME!
