Jack's Story

Welcome to STS, Jack! Jack is a 2 yr old, 75 pound husky. His dream is to be the first dog in the WWE.

He is a chill dude that requests a home with another big dog that wants to play and a human dad that likes to wrestle and can help coach him to achieve his dream. He's good with dogs his size and his foster mom has had him out with small dogs, but since he's an equal opportunist rough-houser the smaller dogs didn't love his enthusiastic request to play.

His foster family have noted Jack showed some interest in chasing chipmunks and squirrels so he is not recommended to live with cats. Kids are cool but remember he's a big guy with a lot of energy and he may knock over smaller kids when he practices his signature moves. Jack would love a big space to play in with his new family, must be fenced.

Jack is house and crate trained already but may need some help during his home transition. This is totally normal for rescues. Change is hard! Walks with this guy are a dream and he does not bark or pull. Vets and groomers love him too!

Adoption fee is $375 and includes spay/neuter, microchip, fecal/deworming, vaccines and prevention up to date. Ohio residents only.

STS is a foster-based and volunteer-run rescue. We do not have a physical location or set hours for you to meet dogs, and it does take time to answer each inquiry. All dogs are in foster homes and once an application is approved and a home visit is completed you will be able to schedule meet and greets with available dogs. We encourage interested individuals to get approved prior to searching as it helps expedite the process. A Petfinder inquiry is not a substitute for an application.
