Jack's Story
Say hello to Jack! He came to TCHS as a transfer from another facility. Jack did well with another dog in his previous home. Slow and proper introductions to resident pets and children are always recommended when bringing a new animal into the home. Ask a TCHS staff for tips on how to ease the transition.

Jack has tested positive for Lyme's disease and Anaplasma. Ask a TCHS staff member for any questions regarding this.

Jack has quickly come in and stole the hearts of many here while in our care. This sweet and gentle boy loves nothing more then pets and treats. He loves to lean into the snuggles offered and give you lots of kisses as a thank you for the love and attention. He has also enjoy a wide range of treats and has always been very gentle taking them from our staff and volunteers.

Jack would love to have durable toys to chew on and keep him entertained. Patient and consistent training using treats is a good way to work on obedience cues. Ask a TCHS staff about training and suggestions for the perfect toy for your new friend from the TCHS Re-Tail Shoppe.

*Adoption holds may be placed on available animals in person or by calling 320-252-0896. An adoption hold reserves available animals for one day after the animal is ready to be adopted. More than one adoption hold may be placed on an available animal and will be honored in the order they were received. Adoption holds are $25 plus tax, are non-refundable, non-transferable and not applied toward the adoption fee.

**Minnesota sales tax and an administrative fee ($20 for cats/dogs and $10 for small animals) will be applied to all adoptions. Donations and adoption fees help cover the cost of spay/neuter surgeries, microchipping, vaccinating, deworming, any medical procedures, and general care of all shelter animals.
