IVY's Story

My friends describe me as: Adventurous, curious and playful! MEET IVY! This sweet southern-belle is looking for a loving home! Ivy is slowly getting used to her new life in New England and with an adorable face like hers, she has quickly stolen our hearts, what a little thief! She enjoys being outside and keeping her nose to the ground to explore and sniff anything she comes across as well as playing with canine friends. She will need to be taught all of the puppy basics. Come meet her in Brewster! Ivy is currently up to date on all vaccinations, has been spayed, microchipped and seen by our vet team. For more information on Ivy or any other animal currently residing at the Animal Rescue League of Boston, please call us at 617-426-9170. We welcome adopters from NH, RI, CT, and NY. However, we will be unable to facilitate same day adoptions due to state regulated paperwork requirements.

Animal Rescue League of Boston's Adoption Policy

We require the following as part of the adoption process: - We welcome adopters from NH, RI, CT, and NY. However, we will be unable to facilitate same day adoptions due to state regulated paperwork requirement. - Adopter must be 18 years of age or older - A photo of the cage your pet will live in, if adopting a small animal or bird - Adopters are responsible for bringing their own travel carrier to bring home all adopted cats, guinea pigs, rabbits, ferrets, chinchillas, and other small animals or birds of a larger size. All ARL Animal Care & Adoption centers offer new travel carriers for sale ($35 – $40 depending on size), along with gently used carriers, as supplies last ($10).
