Hi, I'm Ivy <br/>I'm a German Shepherd mix with a soft heart and a gentle soul. When I first arrived here, I was very scared-but now I'm learning that I'm safe, and that there are kind humans who won't hurt me. Every day, I feel a little braver.<br/>I'm working hard on becoming my best self. I'm gaining healthy weight, learning to trust, and showing just how sweet I truly am. Once I choose you, I'll want to stay close-I'm what they call a velcro dog. I love being near my person, giving gentle kisses, and soaking up all the affection I can.<br/>I'm potty trained, kid-friendly, and cat-friendly, and I have very simple wishes. A good chew toy, a cozy place to rest, and plenty of cuddles make my whole world feel right. I do well with gentle or rambunctious companions and enjoy calm, loving company as well as play time.<br/>What I want most is someone patient and kind who will let me move at my own pace and remind me that I'm finally home.
