Available for Adoption...<br/><br/>Isla Easy like Sunday morning<br/><br/>ISLA is a 4 year old Shepard mix that is currently 45lbs and has about 5-10 more lbs to go to be at full weight. She was living on the streets of Baltimore-for at least a year before arriving at a local shelter where we rescued her. Isla was extremely emaciated and has been steadily gaining weight since mid- May. Isla is the sweetest, friendliest girl that likes everyone she meets. She is great on a leash and loves to take car rides. She also loves to be outside and can be left for an extended period of time.<br/>Isla enjoys the freedom of being able to roam the house when left. She does not bother or get into anything. Isla has been good with other dogs while in our care and we believe she would enjoy a housemate, that likes to play. When walking with Isla she gets very excited when she sees another dog and wants to meet it. She needs reminders that she can not meet and play with every dog she sees.<br/>Even though she is 4 years old we feel she would do best in a home without small children; she likes to be first-which means she may step on or bump into anything in her path like a small child. If you are looking for a loving companion that is easy to have around and wants to be your best friend-then this is the girl for you!!!!!<br/>Isla is microchipped, will be spayed in early September and is up to date on vaccines and preventatives with an adoption fee of $375.
