Iris's Story

Meet beautiful Iris! This super unique looking girl is a very furry ball of happiness. She loves hanging out with all our staff in the yards and getting cuddles when she's inside. Iris was found as a dog at large, with no one claiming her she ended up here looking for a fresh new start with some fun loving Husky people! Iris can get pretty stressed when left alone so she's looking for someone who is gonna have a ton of time on their hands and be able to party it up with her all day!

Iris is still very new to CGHS so while we haven't started introducing her directly to dogs yet she shows great signs when interacting with them through fences. She seems curious but not too interested, especially the ones that try to rile her up. She's been very good for handling with staff and even though she is very stressed in a shelter, everyone has nothing but good things to say!

This sweet fun girl needs to get out the shelter before she goes stir-crazy!

Fill out an application at: https://www.columbiagorgehs.org/adopt.html

(All animals adopted out of CGHS are spayed/neutered, up to date on annual vaccines including rabies, and microchipped)
