We'll have several wonderful dogs there looking for homes!<br/><br/>———————<br/><br/>IRIS is a pretty little sweetheart with a bright smile and a tail that never stops wagging. The moment you meet her, she makes you feel like you’ve been friends forever.<br/><br/>She’s friendly, social, and does good with other dogs. Iris loves to play and would happily spend her afternoons tossing toys in the air, chasing after them, and proudly showing off her prize. Squeaky toys? Yes please. Tennis balls? Absolutely. If it’s fun, she’s all in. <br/><br/>She has a playful side but also truly enjoys simply being close to her people. Iris walks nicely on a leash, making neighborhood strolls and park adventures easy and fun. After she’s had her time to explore and play, she’s more than happy to wind down and snuggle up on the couch right beside you. <br/><br/>Iris is looking for a home without cats, but she promises to fill your life with plenty of love, laughter, and happy wiggles. <br/><br/>She’s ready to find her forever family — maybe it’s you?<br/><br/>Iris is a 2 year old Pit Bull Mix and she weighs 50 lbs.<br/><br/><br/><br/>ADOPTING A DOG<br/>Our dogs have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped and tested for heartworms (if 7 months or older).<br/><br/>If you have a dog or children we ask that you bring them with you to meet our dogs to make sure it is a good match.<br/><br/>We are open for meet and greet adoptions at our shelter on weekends. No appointment is necessary for weekend adoptions. Our weekend hours vary and we also have satellite adoption events every weekend.
