Hi, my name is Iris! I don’t remember my early life, but I remember scrambling for a place to get warm during the January 2025 freeze. I found somebody’s back porch, but they didn’t want me there so I got handed around a little bit until I found a rescue to help me.. in my early life, I have been shot in the right shoulder and have a lot of shot still in there. I wasn’t able to use my leg, but the Rescue got me fixed up and now I can use it.. now I am even faster than before because I can use four legs. I take treats very gently, even though I really love my food.. I like to follow my new mom around and I like to ride in the car. I would like a home of my own with maybe a few other dogs to play with and lots of car rides. Please contact my Rescue Mom if you are interested.in giving me a loving home.!!
