Iris 2's Story
Iris is a very sweet girl who loves to be snuggled and get lots of attention. She greets everyone with excitement and a wagging tail whenever they enter the room, and her playful side has started to show more each day. She enjoys going on walks and spending time by the windows, watching people, squirrels, and birds. She is highly food-motivated, she will happily follow anyone with food or cooking smells. We believe she is mostly deaf (she can hear a whistle but can't hear clapping), so she can be easily startled if she doesn't see you coming, then is very happy when she notices you and shows no signs of aggression.

She hasn't spent much time around cats, but with the two she's met on a leash, she was mostly curious and didn't bark or react negatively. She gets along with the resident dog and is doing well with crate and house training. This sweet girl has so much love to give and is looking for her forever home.
