This little star doesn’t just enter a room— she makes an entrance. If there were awards for Best Supporting Companion, Most Likely to Brighten Your Day, and Outstanding Achievement in Snuggling, she’d sweep every category.

Her day begins around 7am when the family wakes up. She waits patiently in her crate, tail wagging, ready for her morning debut. Once let out, she heads straight to the backyard to take care of business like the professional she is. Morning and evening walks are part of her daily routine, followed by breakfast and dinner right after. She thrives on this consistency and settles beautifully into family life.

Within 24 hours of arriving, Influencer made it clear she understood how a home works. She navigated the house with confidence and quickly bonded with everyone. It’s obvious she’s been loved before— she knows how to relax, how to engage, and how to charm an entire household without even trying.

Personality-wise, she is the perfect blend of playful energy and devoted snuggler. She is very much a velcro dog, happily following her favorite person from room to room. When working from home, she sets up her bed directly under the desk, content to supervise from below. Once she knows you’re settled, she may venture out to the side yard to inspect the perimeter or sunbathe, but she always circles back. If the family is gathered on the sofa and her primary person isn’t there, she’ll eventually choose another lap to curl up beside. She actively nudges her head under your hand to request pets, scratches, and belly rubs— audience engagement is very important to her.

She has accompanied her foster to the office and handled it like a seasoned professional. She happily sniffed around meeting rooms, accepted attention from coworkers, and remained calm and confident. When introduced to a very enthusiastic 4-month-old Westie puppy who barked and tried to climb on her, Influencer stayed composed— no barking, no growling, just a quiet decision to disengage and find something more interesting. With a large senior neighbor dog, she offered a few polite sniffs before moving on to greener grass and human affection. She hasn’t shown much interest in playing with other dogs; people are clearly her preferred fan base.

Influencer is wonderful with kids. She has spent time with 11-year-olds and an energetic 9-year-old cousin who enthusiastically put his face right next to hers. She handled it beautifully and soaked up the attention. She has discovered a love for fetch with a soft, squeaky ball and now plays daily. She’s learned to bring it back and is working on “let go.” She has already mastered “sit” and is learning “down.” She’s smart, attentive, and eager to please.

On walks, she is well-mannered and checks in frequently, looking back to make sure you’re still with her. She doesn’t pull for long and responds when her name is called. Squirrels and birds are exciting, but she can be redirected easily. She rarely barks at other dogs— there was one husky across the street who earned a brief comment— but most of the time she observes and then continues sniffing. She even enjoys short jogs for a block or two and keeps pace beautifully.

She is house-trained and understands pee pads. She typically handles her business during walks and sometimes in the backyard. She uses the dog door when it’s open and has also successfully used pee pads at the office. She sleeps well in her crate at night. The first few evenings included a short 5–15 minute protest, but once upgraded to a slightly larger crate with a plush pillow, she embraced it. She even chooses to nap in there during the day. On her very first night, she tested the waters by jumping into the big bed. After calmly being placed back on the floor a few times, she understood the boundary and hasn’t tried again.

She isn’t destructive, doesn’t dig, and hasn’t shown any problematic chewing beyond occasionally nibbling on bark in the yard. She will give one or two barks if someone is at the front door, but otherwise she’s not much of a barker. She sheds lightly, and with brushing every other day, you’ll barely notice any hair.

One of her funniest traits is her determination not to miss out on anything. If the door opens, she may dash out just in case something exciting is happening. If she realizes you aren’t actually leaving, she’ll trot back in—or flop down dramatically so you can retrieve her.

She is affectionate, adaptable, playful, and already house-trained. She doesn’t cause trouble, she doesn’t create chaos—she simply elevates the atmosphere. Influencer isn’t chasing fame. She’s chasing connection. And she’s ready to make one very lucky family her entire world.
