I'm a cuddly, playful, opinionated puppy with a big personality and a whole lot of love to give. Since I'm still young, I'm working on potty training and learning my routine. I know that when the bells on the door ring, it's time to go outside, but I'm still figuring it all out. I do need to be crated when left alone. I get along well with other dogs and cats and kids. I love playing with the dogs in my foster home and will use my little voice to invite them to play or let them know when they're being too rough. I also live with two cats and have learned to be calm around them so they'll want to stay close. My favorite toys are soft rubber toys for my teething gums, soft toys, and sticks — especially if they're bigger than I am! I also love belly rubs and often sleep upside down on the couch like I'm waiting for one. Most of all, I love being close to my people. I love to be held, snuggled, petted, and carried around. I'll nap next to you on the couch, lay by your feet while you do dishes or make dinner, and come running when you call “Penny” in an excited voice. I can be a little shy with new people until I know they're safe, but the way to my heart is being held and cuddled.
