Ila Mae is a 7 year old schnauzer mix who has already lived through more than most dogs ever should. She was found in horrific condition and landed in a shelter before making her way to Full Circle Rescue and Sanctuary where her real healing could finally begin.<br/>Since coming into rescue, Ila Mae has been fully vetted and recently had a major dental where 25 painful teeth were removed due to severe decay. The good news is she feels so much better now and has plenty of healthy teeth left to enjoy her meals and treats just fine. Comfort was the goal and comfort is what she got.<br/>Ila Mae is the definition of calm and gentle. She is quiet, easygoing, and perfectly content just being near her people. She does well with other dogs but truly shines in a peaceful, serene home where life moves at a slower pace. She is not demanding, not dramatic, and not here for chaos.
