Ibis

Ibis here, but you can call me Bubs. I am a 1.5 year old pittie/staffy/bulldog mix and I think I am much bigger than my petite 40 pounds. If you’re interested in spending time hiking in the woods so I can sniff allll the chipmunk and squirrel trails, followed by obedience training, I am the dog for you! My best friends are a German shepherd and an English lab, and I could do well with a well-balanced dog as a sibling, with structure and a slow introduction - no cats, please! Being around new people can take some time for me before I am comfortable, so a quiet home with just adults is best. I can be really sweet with some time to warm up. I particularly love sunbathing, so added bonus points if you have a warm, sunny spot in the house!<br/><br/>I would do best in a home in the burbs or country, as the city can be a little too overwhelming for me. I would love a human as excited about training as I am! I’ve been called a smart cookie, and I would work all day if I could and would love to be challenged daily - I need a job and someone willing to commit to my training, but I enjoy my down time and my crate, too!
