Hunter: Great Fur Baby!'s Story

Circumstances change. Judge not!
Hunter was the baby of thr familyfor the longest times but things change. With the addition of a toddler and another one in the way, this dynamic is making him unhappy in his own environment so he needs a less chaotic environment without young children.
This sweet gregarious boy is a dream! Hunter is a Labradoodle that is house trained, obedient and knows basic commands. He periodically goes to a dog sitter's house and does great with the other fur babies, but he is an only dog in his current home. They also do not have a cat so unsure about that.
Hunter is ten years old and super friendly! He gets excited to see his humans but doesn't jump on you....just around. He enjoys romps in his fenced backyard or 20 min walks several times a day. He used to run with his owner but those days are behind him. He is NOT a guard dog and probably would lick an intruder....but they don't know that! He is about 80 pounds of fluff and love! Hunter doesn't have any food possessiveness, gets a good report card from the groomer, and just really is eager to please and be around his family. He would be an excellent dog for someone who wants a settled dog that isn't over the top but still active. If you would like to open your home and heart to Hunter, the best way to begin is to directly email storkwoods@comcast.net and request an application.
