Meet adorable Humphery! He's a young affectionate one year old who weighs 10 pounds. He's great with humans and canines alike. Good with kids and cats too! Humphery is working on his housetraining, and is learning quickly, he aims to please! (pun intended!).<br/><br/>Underdogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations and preventatives. Adoption fee is $425. He is being fostered in Milwaukie.<br/><br/>You MUST have an Underdogs Rock Rescue application on file to request a meet with an Underdog. An online Underdogs Rock adoption application can only be accessed at https://underdogsrock.org/adopt-a-dog .<br/><br/>You must be available to meet an Underdog in their foster's location and dogs are not held for applicants or shipped outside of the Portland metro area.
