Hugo's Story
Hugo is a dream companion wrapped up in a 6 pound Chihuahua body.

Hugo is 5 years old, potty trained, quiet, and at only 6 pounds he makes an excellent errand buddy. He wants nothing more than to snuggle up next to you to watch TV. He will faithfully follow you around your home and sleep next to you. He ignores other dogs and barely says hello to cats.

He doesn't love a crate, and he does not like taking pills. (Honestly, who does?)

Adoption fee is $375 and includes spay/neuter, microchip, fecal/deworming, vaccines and prevention up to date. Ohio residents only.

STS is a foster-based and volunteer-run rescue. We do not have a physical location or set hours for you to meet dogs, and it does take time to answer each inquiry. All dogs are in foster homes and once an application is approved and a home visit is completed you will be able to schedule meet and greets with available dogs. We encourage interested individuals to get approved prior to searching as it helps expedite the process. A Petfinder inquiry is not a substitute for an application.
