Whether it’s a trip to Home Depot, the local bus station, or a stroll through the neighborhood, Hudson is a perfect gentleman: calm, non-reactive, and happiest by your side. <br/>He’s non-confrontational with other dogs (he’ll walk away from drama), uninterested in cats, and has done well around kids though; older children are best due to his size and strength. He doesn’t realize how big he is and will absolutely try to sit in your lap or squeeze into tiny spaces. <br/>Hudson loves car rides (shotgun is his favorite seat), tug-of-war, and playing ball, but his number one favorite thing is simply being with his people. He’s house trained, crate trained, food-motivated, and knows sit, stay, back up, and stop. He’s still polishing his leash skills and learning that socks and trash aren’t treasures. <br/>He prefers a calm home and would thrive with companionship; man or canine.
