Huck's Story

Huck is ready for his forever home! He’s a slobbery, wrinkly, hot mess of a boy but he is soooo much fun. He loves cuddles and car rides. He likes toys and going for walks. Most of all, he loves treats. He’ll do just about anything for a treat. He’s 60lbs but he’s short.
He is for the most part crate trained with the occasional accident. Hes great with other dogs (but he will guard his food and needs to be fed separately and in a crate). He doesn’t seem to notice cats.
He needs to be in a home with no young children as they seem to make him nervous and he needs a home that is comfortable utilizing a crate for training. purposes. We just learned he is in kidney failure. He is on medicine to help but it is unknown how much time this sweet boy has left. We would love to see him live out whatever time he has left in a home of his own. hospice fosters are also welcome.
