Huck's Story
Meet Huck!

Huck is a 1.5-year-old male Beagle who weighs about 30 pounds and is fully grown. He’s the perfect mix of fun-loving and affectionate, with that classic Beagle charm that makes everyone fall in love fast.

Huck is dog-friendly and cat-friendly, and he truly thrives with canine companionship. His ideal home would have another dog, as he doesn’t love being alone and enjoys having a buddy to keep him company. He’s incredibly sweet, affectionate, and loves being close to his people.

He’s currently fostered in an apartment and does great with that setup. Huck is crate trained, potty trained, and walks nicely on a leash. He’s well-mannered in public and enjoys getting out and about with his foster.

From a medical standpoint, Huck is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations and preventatives. He does have one final booster vaccine that is fully covered by our rescue. Huck can be adopted prior to that appointment as long as his adopters are able to get him to his final scheduled visit.

If you’re looking for a loving, social, and loyal companion who will happily curl up next to you and keep your other dog company, Huck might just be your perfect match. 💙

Apply to adopt on our website:

BridgeBetweenAnimalRescue.org/adopt
