Howard's Story

Howard is shy at first, but once he gets comfortable, he is very playful and just loves attention. He is now with a foster and in the words of the foster, is amazing! There are a couple of other dogs in the household and he gets along well with them. According to the foster, he never barks ( he did at the kennel :) ). He doesn't get on the furniture, has figured out the doggie door and hasn't had any accidents.
