Horus's Story

How this pet arrived:Horus was brought in by our Humane Law Enforcement team on May 1, 2026. Why this pet is the one for you: Meet Horus! Horus is a sweet, playful boy who loves to ask for attention once he gets to know you! He can be a bit shy with new faces and is looking for a patient family that will let him come out of his shell at his own pace. Horus is bonded with his BFF, Isis #997833, and they are looking for a home together! Once these two adjust, they're known to follow around their favorite people and gently nudge you for pets. They also enjoy walks and play sessions! Horus and Isis would do best in a calm, lower-traffic home without the hustle and bustle of young kids under 12 and all members of the family should come for the meet-and-greet to ensure it's a good fit. Give Horus a little time, and you'll gain a loyal friend for life! At SDHS:Horus has been vaccinated, microchipped and neutered. He is now ready for adoption! Shy/Fearful Dog: Horus requires a virtual behavior consult, please watch THIS video to learn more about him. Primary Color: Black Secondary Color: Brown Weight: 100.4lbs Age: 1yrs 9mths 3wks Animal has been Neutered
