HOPPER's Story

?? Meet Hopper! ?? This adorable 2-year-old brindle pittie mix came to us as a stray and has been brightening ?? our days ever since. Hopper is the definition of joy—his happiness is contagious, and you’ll always find his tail wagging with excitement whenever he sees you! He’s incredibly affectionate ?? and loves being around people, soaking up every bit of attention and love he can get. Hopper is still learning what toys are all about (he prefers treats for now!), but we know with a little patience and encouragement, he’ll discover the fun of playtime soon enough. Hopper recently met another dog at the shelter and was friendly and relaxed, though he was much more interested in making new human friends. If you’re looking for a lovable companion who will greet you with a wiggly body and a big heart every single day, Hopper is ready to meet you! Come by the shelter (??430 Bristol Dr., Statesville, NC) and let Hopper show you just how sweet and special he is—he can’t wait to find his forever home!
