Hope (OT25-87)'s Story

-I had to have both of my eyes removed and am completely blind-

Meet Hope - A Sweet Spirit Ready to Bring Joy

Hope is a 7-year-old Cocker Spaniel weighing 25.4 pounds, and she's as lovely as her name suggests. This gentle girl is full of sweetness and loves soaking up attention and gentle pets from her favorite people. Even though she is blind, she doesn't let that slow her down. She will eagerly listen for voices or wait for smells of her favorite people to seek them out for kisses and cuddles!

She's also showing her playful side - toys have started to catch her interest, and it's a joy to see her curiosity and personality shine.

Hope is ready to find a loving forever home where she can be cherished, spoiled with affection, and continue to enjoy the simple joys of life. If you're looking for a loyal, tender companion to brighten your days, Hope is waiting to meet you.

------
Before being rescued, many of our dogs had limited socialization, so they may need some time to adjust to life as a family pet. Older kids are often a great fit for our dogs, and homes with younger children will be considered based on each dog's individual needs. Skills like house training and leash walking may take a little extra patience and practice. However, with understanding and a gentle hand, most of these dogs adapt quite quickly. Being a part of their rehabilitation is a truly rewarding experience. To learn more about mill dogs and start the adoption process, visit our website!
