She is affectionate, loving and a great cuddler with both her foster mom and foster dad. She does, however, come with some behavioral challenges and will need an experienced and patient family. First, let us share that she is totally house trained and sleeps quietly in her crate at night in her foster mom's bedroom. Although she currently socializes well with at least a dozen other dogs on a daily basis, meeting NEW dogs can be a challenge... if not handled well. Currently there are two or three other playful dogs In her foster home and Honey has a blast playing with them. She can be possessive with toys so they are not part of her life right now, and she is extremely food motivated. Honey's foster parents understand her needs and will gladly share management practices which have helped Honey to feel safe and secure. If you are interested in this special little girl, we will gladly provide support to help with her adjustment. She will be so worth it!
