Honey (TN)'s Story

Honey – 7 years old, located in Tennessee
PRO ID #: 251081-P-B-TN
Intake Date: 10/11/25
Available Date: 2/11/26

“You can call me Honey if you want, because I’m the one you want.”

This dog is as sweet as her name! Honey came to PRO from a shelter in Tennessee. She’s estimated to be 7 years old and has seemingly had multiple litters of puppies. Now that Honey is retired from being a mom though, she’s ready to live the sweet life and bring some sweetness to yours! Honey has many nicknames – Honey Bunches, Bit o’ Honey, all representing her sweet demeanor that any home would be happy to have.

Honey loves snuggling in bed, under the covers is preferred! She loves to play with toys and often hoards them in the bed so she can be surrounded by all her wealth. She loves a good meal and snacks.

Honey enjoys playing with her foster siblings but would do well on her own as well. She’s a very sweet girl and gets along with everyone. That being said, she’s still very timid – especially around men. She warms up eventually but it does take some time.

Honey had some dental work when she first came to PRO and has also been spayed. During her spay, we also removed a mast cell tumor (along with a secondary surgery) to ensure we got all the tumor removed.

TRANSPORT AVAILABLE TO APPROVED HOMES!
