Honey

Honey is a 7 year old Austalian Cattle Dog mix girl that weighs 36 pounds. She was adopted from us in 2020 and was recently brought in as a stray to McKamey Animal Center. Unfortunately, Honey had been passed around to another owner who did not want to take her back. She started off very timid upon coming back to the shelter, but has overcome this fear and has shown us how sweet she really is! <br/><br/>Honey gets to go to Petco often with our volunteers as she is such a good greeter with the public. She absolutley loves her squeaker toy that we call the “watermelon“ and will play fetch with it. She always plays hard to get when you try to get it back from her, but she’s absolutely thrilled when you do and can throw it again. She also loves balls and stuffie toys...anything you can throw and that she can chew:)<br/><br/>She has even been on Local 3 Plus You.
