Honey Bear's Story
Meet HoneyBear — Your Future Couch Potato Companion 🛋️

HoneyBear may be small, but she’s got a big story — and an even bigger heart. After being left to fend for herself under an abandoned house (and raising a couple litters of street pups like the survivor she is), this 3-year-old terrier mix has earned her spot in the “second chance” club.

At first, HoneyBear can be a little shy — she’s what we like to call a “tough nut to crack with a gooey center.” But give her time and a calm, patient environment, and you’ll soon meet the tender-hearted cuddlebug inside. Her crate is her happy place, and she’d happily trade walks in the park for naps on the couch any day.

She’s spayed, heartworm negative, leash-trained, and slowly learning that life with humans can actually be pretty great — especially if they let her hog the blanket.

HoneyBear would do best in a quiet home without cats, but kids she has learned to tolerate. Other easygoing dogs are fine by her. If your idea of a perfect evening involves peace, quiet, and a snuggle buddy who’s been through a lot but still believes in love… HoneyBear is your girl. 💛

Ideal home: patient adopter, gentle energy, and a comfy couch. Bonus points if you’re retired or just enjoy the slow lane.
