Sugar, Honey’s mom, is a petite lab mix weighing around 35 pounds with a naturally short tail. We anticipate that Honey will reach a medium size when she matures. Our adoption process focuses on the specific needs of the animal. We require committed adopters as a majority of our animals have medical needs. Adopters must be open to a home check. Out of state adopters are welcomed; however adopters must be willing to conduct video calls to complete home checks. This is to ensure that the information provided in the placement application aligns with the actual home setting. Depending on the animal and their needs multiple meet and greets may be required.
