HONEY's Story

Meet Honey — Sweetness That Only Gets Better With Age At 13 years young, Honey is living proof that age is just a number! This lovely senior girl still has a playful spark and a curious spirit. She enjoys splashing in the mud, exploring the world around her, and making new dog friends wherever she goes. Honey was found as a stray on January 12, 2026, and despite her unknown past, she has shown nothing but kindness and resilience. She may feel a little nervous in brand-new environments at first, but once she feels safe, her gentle, loving personality truly shines. Honey recently joined us at the Ambush Soccer Game and did wonderfully! She happily met people and children of all ages and socialized nicely with dogs of all sizes from PAC. She spent most of the event exploring like the little adventurer she is, only stopping to rest once — proving she still has plenty of pep in her step. In foster care, Honey shows what a polite and well-mannered companion she is. Even when invited to sleep in bed, she chooses to tuck herself into her crate at bedtime like the good girl she is. She thrives in a calm, loving environment where she can feel secure and loved. Honey is ready to spend her golden years surrounded by love, comfort, and companionship. If you’re looking for a loyal best friend with a soft heart and a warm soul, Honey is waiting to meet you. ????
