Honey Border Collie & American Staffordshire Terrier Mix Knightsen, CA

HONEY is a stunning girl with beautiful gold eyes. She is approximately 45 lbs and 12 months of age.
HONEY and her siblings were dumped along with their Mom in a cow pasture. They were seen loose for over a week. Our rescue came and captured them all. No owners ever claimed the dogs.
HONEY’S Mom is a Border Collie/Heeler mix.. We do not know who the father is but best guess is possibly a Pitbull mix.
HONEY is a very sweet girl. She is always happy, and has a friendly, outgoing personality.
She loves her people and is most comfortable when she is with you. She bonds strongly with her human and is very submissive.
HONEY is housetrained and crate trained. She is learning fetch from the other dogs, but doesn’t always bring the ball back! Lol
She has medium/high energy and will be a great running/hiking/jogging partner, and will do best with an active family that will include her in activities. She is doing well in her leash work.
HONEY has no experience with children, but with her submissive and friendly personality she will be okay in a home with children 7 yrs or older.
HONEY is good with other dogs her size and larger. She is very focused and intense with the cats her foster home, so a home without cats is must.
HONEY will melt your heart with her cute ‘smile’, darling facial expressions and loving personality. She will make a great companion for an active person/family.
Home ownership is required to adopt.
HONEY’S adoption fee is $300 which includes health examination, current vaccinations, spay, microchip, flea and deworming treatment along with any other medical or dental deemed necessary by our veterinarian.
