At just over a year and a half old, he’s full of puppy enthusiasm and loves nothing more than having fun and being with people. He’s ready for an amazing summer filled with playtime, adventures and belly rubs<br/><br/>Hondo is one of our volunteer's favorite shelter pup and they love taking him for Saturday runs — he’s a joyful jogging partner! Hondo LOVES toys (you might recognize him from our recent Silly Sunday series) and has already mastered the sit command. Since he’s treat-motivated, training with him should be a breeze.<br/>Hondo's energy and excitement make him a great fit for a home with another dog (after a proper meet and greet) and kids 10 and up who can match his playful nature. No cats for this goofy boy though — his enthusiasm might be a little too much for feline friends.<br/><br/>If you’re looking for an affectionate, playful companion who’s eager to bring happiness into your life, Hondo is waiting to meet you.
