Homer's Story

Meet handsome Homer! Homer is a 4 year old, 70lb black and white dog. (no idea on breed there). Sweet Homer is the definition of a dog’s dog. He is rugged and loyal, while being extremely sweet and smart. Though he is a big guy, he would actually be a good candidate for apartment or condo living. He doesn’t have high energy requirements and would be cool with a lumbering walk and a snooze on the patio. He’s not barky or destructive and is independent. Sweet Homer is really only interested in doing what you are doing. Headed to the grocery store? He’ll patiently wait for you outside. Like a good portrait, his eyes are always on you, but not in a creepy way. Homer is gentle and patient and would also make a great family dog. He is crate and leash trained and always ready for pats.
