Meet Homerun! ?<br/><br/>This 1-year-old pit bull mix has already lived quite the adventure. Homerun was found standing in the middle of a busy intersection, narrowly avoiding cars—until one of our amazing volunteers stepped in to bring him to safety. She quickly learned that he’d been hanging around a nearby autobody shop where the kind-hearted workers had taken him in, fed him, and showed him love. But as much as they cared for him, they knew it wasn’t safe for him to stay, especially with the risk of him wandering into traffic again.<br/><br/>Now safe in foster care, Homerun is showing everyone just how special he is. He’s incredibly friendly and affectionate with every person he meets—tail wags, kisses, and snuggles are his specialties! He loves other dogs and would thrive with a playful pup buddy in his new home.<br/><br/>Homerun is ready to hit it out of the park with his forever family! He’s currently located in Houston, TX, but he’s available for transport—and that’s included in his adoption fee.
