And somehow, this goofy, loving boy has officially spent ONE YEAR waiting for a home.<br/><br/>Hogan came to us with a complicated liver condition, and after months of monitoring and waiting, he finally qualified for the surgery he needed. He’s now healed from surgery, and while we patiently wait to see just how successful it was, Hogan is available through our Foster-to-Adopt program.<br/><br/>But here's what we really want you to know:<br/>Hogan is SO much more than his medical history. <br/>He’s about 2 years old, loves dogs and cats, and has the sweetest, most laid-back personality. He’s playful, goofy, endlessly affectionate, and somehow manages to make everyone he meets fall completely in love with him. His favorite activity? Backing his butt right up to you and demanding ALL the love. He'll even let you cuddle up on his cot with him.<br/>After everything Hogan has been through, he deserves a family waiting for him at the end of the day. He deserves a couch, a person, and a place to finally call home.<br/>Hogan has waited a whole year.
