Hippo

Hippo was born on a sheep farm to a feral mama. All of his siblings were disappearing, unfortunately likely being eaten by other animals as mama wasn't too interested in being a mama. At 1 week old Hippo came to us to be bottle fed so he had a chance at survival. He has thrived and is a happy outgoing boy. He loves people and loves to play even more. Hippo is happy to be in his pen when he needs to be and will sleep quietly through the night. Hippo is an active boy and will do best in an active home. He an be a bit stubborn but is very smart and learns quickly. He is slowly working on potty training. He is in a foster home with two other dogs that he loves to play with. Hippo will happily follow around his human and does a good job at sticking close when outside exploring. We guess that he is a guardian breed mix and will be med to large when full grown.<br/><br/>Hippo is available now for pre adoption and will be 8 weeks old and ready to go to his new home the beginning of November.
