She made the trip here from Kentucky on June 27, 2026, and now shes looking for the right forever home.<br/><br/>This girl is a little different, and thats okay. She isnt the type whos going to run up to strangers looking for attention. People can be scary to her, so she needs someone who understands that trust takes time.<br/><br/>She must have another friendly dog in the home to help her feel confident. She also must have a secure, escape-proof fenced yard—this is completely non-negotiable. If Hibachi gets loose, she is very difficult to catch, so she should always be on a leash anytime shes outside of her fenced yard.<br/><br/>She loves having a crate as her safe place. Its where she feels most comfortable, and shell often only eat when shes tucked away in her crate. Wed love to see her go to a home that understands the value of giving dogs a safe space.<br/><br/>The best part? Once Hibachi feels safe, shes an absolute sweetheart. Shes fully housebroken, walks beautifully on a leash, enjoys cuddling, and doesnt mind being petted at all.<br/><br/>She isnt looking for a farm home or a busy household.
