This sweet girl may be small, but she has plenty of love and fun to bring to her forever family.
Hershey is a playful little social girl who enjoys spending time with other dogs. She loves having furry friends to romp around with and is always happy when there are toys around to keep her busy. Whether she's playing with her doggy buddies or entertaining herself with a favorite toy, Hershey has a fun-loving side that is sure to make you smile.
After she's gotten her playtime in, Hershey is more than happy to settle down for some quality cuddle time. She loves sitting on her person's lap and giving sweet kisses. Once she knows you, she enjoys being close and soaking up all the affection she can get.
Hershey can be a little shy at first, so she may need some time to get comfortable in a new home. Giving her the chance to warm up at her own pace will help her feel safe and confident. Once she comes out of her shell, you'll get to see her sweet and playful personality shine!
She's already got a great start on her puppy skills, too. Hershey is crate trained, knows how to use a potty pad, and knows how to use a doggy door. She's still working on her leash walking, so her forever family can continue helping her build confidence and learn this new skill.
Hershey is a wonderful little combination of playful and cuddly. She'd love a family who will give her plenty of love, some fun toys, a cozy lap to curl up on, and a little patience while she adjusts to her new life.
If you're looking for a tiny best friend who can be your playmate, cuddle buddy, and kiss-giver all in one, Hershey is ready to sweeten up your life!

Interested in becoming a forever home for Hershey? Fill out our online adoption application: http://www.friendswithfourpaws.org/adoption-form.html This is the first step in our process, and we don't go any further without an application.

Find more adoptable pets, news and information on Instagram @friendswithfourpaws or our Facebook page Friends with Four Paws .

We put a lot of time and energy into processing our adoptions to find our babies the best fit home for them and you. Please do not submit an application if you are not serious about adopting.

We are so excited to work with you to find you a new forever friend, and appreciate you working with us.For immediate consideration, please attach your application to the initial inquiry to help us expedite the process.

Our adoption fee is $650. This includes their spay/neuter surgery, full (age appropriate) vaccinations, microchip insertion and registration, deworming, heartworm testing and prevention, flea and tick prevention and travel expenses.

All of our dogs are rescued from local shelters and the general public in Oklahoma. Each dog is then placed in a foster home where he/she is kept for quarantine, to ensure if the dog gets sick it can receive proper treatment. Once an animal has received an application or there's an adopter interested, we make arrangements for transport. If a dog is already in foster care in NYC/NJ/OR, an adopter will be put in touch with the foster home AFTER an application is being processed.

Thank you in advance for your patience with our process and for making adoption YOUR option!
