Hi, my name is Herman. I am 5 years old and have not spent the last 5 years being very happy. I have no idea what it's like to be snuggled and loved. My life has been spent outdoors, so I'm not quite sure where it is I am supposed to go potty when I'm in the house. My previous owners took no time to neuter me, so I would definately benifit from that. I only wish to see that humans can be loving and caring. Please come on by the shelter and give me a chance to see that laps can be cozy and people can care.
