Herman's Story
Herman is a 2 year old heeler mix. He came to us from a neglect situation with a couple of his dog housemates. He is very shy at first, but despite that, he is very gentle and sweet. He cowered a bit when he went in for his neuter appointment, but got nothing but praise from the vets for being so gentle. He loves his kennel and will go in there willingly to nap and relax, and loves dog friends. Herman would likely do best in a quieter home with another dog or two that can show him the ropes. He likes snacks and being pet, and romping around the yard. Loud noises can be a bit scary to him. Herman is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped.
