We will continue to work on our current applications and keep everyone advised. 10/12/25: We have several applications for Herbie we are currenntly working through and will keep his status updated. 10/8/25: Meet Herbie. He is in need a new forever home due to a change in family circumstances that leaves him home alone most of the time. This is what his mom has to say about him: Herbie was rescued back in 2020 and has been a great family member. He is a very good dog with a sweet disposition. He is fully housetrained, up to date on vaccinations, bloodwork and altered. He is low energy and easy going. He would be a great addition to a home with someone(s) who are retired or home during the days. He is a snuggler and enjoys couch and bed time with his humans. Herbie gets along with other low energy dogs and cats but is fine with just being with his people on his own. He has recently had to go on sertraline (generic Zoloft) due to the hours alone. He is a non shedder but does require grooming every few months. He is currently gets Zyrtec through the warm season due to allergies.
