Henry's Story
Meet Henry — A Gentle Giant Searching for His Forever Home

This is Henry, a stunning 2 ½-year-old Weimaraner with soulful eyes, a tender heart, and a big presence—literally! He weighs about 120 lbs and carries every pound with grace and charm.

Henry’s story began on a heartbreaking note: he was found abandoned at a bus stop, left alone and confused. Thankfully, a kind woman took him in and gave him love, safety, and a soft place to land. But now, due to ongoing issues with HOA restrictions and neighbor complaints, she’s faced with the painful decision to find Henry a new home where he can thrive.

Despite his rough start, Henry is a happy, loving boy who’s great with other dogs and would do just fine in a home with teenagers or older kids. Because of his size, young or small children aren’t the best fit—he could accidentally knock them over, even with the best intentions.

Henry is:

House-trained

Sleeps soundly through the night

Loves his bedtime treat ritual

Generally quiet, but barks when excited or when he wants something

Unsure about cats, so a cat-free home is probably best

He’s used to an early bedtime, enjoys routine, and thrives on love and companionship. What he needs now is someone with the space, patience, and heart to give him the life he truly deserves.

If you have room in your home and heart for a loyal, loving, and majestic companion—Henry may just be your perfect match.

PLEASE CALL ONLY.
